The General Board provides select materials* and resources for our participants. You have the options of downloading PDF files directly, or using the Request Materials form to have certain materials shipped to you.

• Publications—You can download health, retirement and investment brochures, summary plan descriptions, helpful guides and descriptions about our investment opportunities.
• Newsletters:
  • Hark—The Hark newsletter provides helpful investment and retirement news and articles.
  • You & Your Health—The You & Your Health newsletter provides interesting and useful information relating to the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a healthy lifestyle, as well as tips for managing your health plan.
• Videos—We offer several health, retirement and SRI videos, free of charge, to all interested participants.
